During the 2025 Steelers season opener on Sunday, September 7, against the New York Jets, Fox 30 Action Jax News, a local Jacksonville, Florida news station, featured the Black and Gold of Jax Beaches while filming its “Jags Social” segment.

Although the feature centered on Jacksonville Jaguars fans, the crew also took notice of our unmistakable Black-and-Gold presence and captured a moment of Steelers pride at the beach.

The unexpected spotlight served as a powerful reminder that Steelers Nation is not confined to Pittsburgh or even to Pennsylvania — its influence, passion, and unmistakable presence reach far beyond its traditional borders, including right here along the beaches of Jacksonville, Florida.
